I believe our actions can make a big difference in the lives of others and I want mine to be positive. More kindness and compassion would go a long way in this world. I value time and health more than anything as I grow older. Family and friends are my main priority, a good work environment is a huge bonus, and plenty of laughter is mandatory!
I’m not about to slow down! My bucket list is still growing and I hope it never stops! In my free time I especially love being with my grandchildren, live music never fails (rock & roll and blues are my personal faves!), watching sports, and just hanging out with hubby and our dogs. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and storytelling as well as self-reflection as tools for healing and growth. I think I can best support clients by building on what already works for them and fostering resilience and self-understanding.
I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting clients where they are. I’m not about pretending, quick fixes, perfection, or one-size-fits-all-solutions – real change takes time and intention. In my free time, you can find me enjoying a book, exploring the outdoors, or trying a new weekly hobby.

Effective therapy guides a person to pull from both internal and external resources to find healing, grace hope, peace, joy and purpose. Ephesians 2:20, Romans 8:28
I value my faith, family, friends, good health, doing good work, deep connections, and helping others.

I believe that every interaction—no matter how small—can make a difference. As a mental health administrator, I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where clients feel safe and respected from the moment they walk in or call. I understand that reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m committed to making that first step as smooth and supportive as possible. With a strong sense of empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, I’m here to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
I value compassion, confidentiality, and clear communication. I understand that reaching out for support can be a vulnerable step, and I strive to ensure that appointments, records, and front desk operations run smoothly to support both our clients and clinical team. Most importantly, I value being a calm, dependable presence for those who may be facing difficult times, and I take pride in helping make their path to care feel a little easier.
My Style
I won’t allow anyone to walk through our doors without being seen, heard, and treated with respect. As the first point of contact, I know how important it is to create a welcoming and safe environment. Whether it’s scheduling, managing information, or just offering a kind word.
